Richard Mailand is charged (with astonishment) after his 60 foot flight a few nights ago.
Mailand, 20, was a passeger in a Jeep that is alleged to have been driven by Adam Clark, 20, which went crashing through the second floor of 58-year-old, John Sarli’s home on September 5, 2009 then continuing to fall to the first floor.
The driver, Clark, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief but so far, no word if he will also be charged with underage drinking.

When 58-year-old, John Sarli, heard a “bad crash” in the home yesterday morning, the last thing he expected to find was the smell of dirt and a Jeep in his house.
The Jeep, driven by 20-year-old, Adam Clark of East Moriches, NY, allegedly took to the sky with a passenger, Richard Mailand, after hitting a pile of dirt and crashed through the second floor of Sarli’s home in Suffolk County where it continued to fall to the first floor, then landing on its rear with the headlights facing the sky.
Clark was later charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. So far, no word if he will also be charged with underage drinking.

A Suffolk County woman has found herself under arrest and faces an arrainment later today.
Yesterday, 22-year old, Rosemarie Tuminaro, was alledged to have rear-ended a Suffolk County Police detective in an unmarked Ford Taurus in East Ilslip, With a 2009 Hyundai Elantra, forcing it into a concrete divider causing the detective to be hospitalized for neck and back injuries.
Fortunately for the detective, they are expected to make a full recovery unlike Police Officer Glen Ciano who died on February 22nd of this year.
Tuminaro, who was heading eastbound on the Sunrise Highway, was said to be under the influence of drugs and also in possession of heroin and was immediately arrested.
The amount of drugs recovered (which Officials are withelding) in her possession will determine the severity of charges filed and could also be used to charge for trafficking violations.
The accident which happened shortly before noon, closed the eastbound exit of Sunrise for nearly 90 minutes while crews cleaned up after the wreck from the highway.
